Patagonia Health offers an integrated Electronic Patient Consent Forms feature in the EHR which is available as an optional feature to all customers.  This added feature includes many standard consent forms such as Acknowledgement of Receipt of Notice of Privacy and the Family Planning General Consent for Services. In addition to large library of consent forms, Patagonia Health builds custom consents to meet each customer’s unique needs.

Electronic consent forms are available in English and Spanish and will speed up the process of patient consent documentation by eliminating the needless printing, scanning and shredding of paper forms.  A patient can simply sign electronically either via a Topaz signature pad or touch screen options – efficiency and simplicity is the key.  For more information click here.
