Additional security features we offer include:
- Secure SSL-encrypted data transfer

- Secure, managed data sites
- Unlimited uploading and online storage
- 99.9% server uptime

We’re proud of our reputation for protecting Personal Health Information. Unlike many EHR companies founded in the US, we are and always will be US-based.
No PHI data from our servers is ever shared overseas.
In addition, none of our customers have experienced a data breach with us.
Regular System Maintenance
We place significant emphasis on EHR privacy and security, which is why we update our system frequently (every 6 weeks) — we value listening to user feedback and requests. Furthermore, we prioritize updates to keep up with ever-changing health regulations. We work to ensure you are using the best version possible of your EHR, Practice Management, and Billing solution.
Don’t worry – the system automatically updates itself. For each system release, we provide a summary of updates in our customer newsletter along with a popup sharing the latest release notes when logging into our solution. Additionally, we provide updated training videos and other resources under the “Support” button on the user dashboard.
