Position: Senior Training Specialist
We are looking for technical trainers with experience with Electronic Health Records (EHR), Practice Management (PM) and Billing software. Strong preference to individuals with Behavioral Health experience. Opportunity is to participate in the end-to-end implementation and training process of Patagonia Health EHR, PM and Billing system. Patagonia Health has strong focus on achieving 100% customer reference-ability so the Training Specialist position is very important. Position: Senior Technical Business Analyst
(Cary, NC) Work with healthcare professionals to gather user requirements to develop use cases and user-centered stories for healthcare software development. Create use cases by specifying actors, normal workflow flow, sub workflow and alternative workflow. Work closely with the Vice President of Customer Experience and Chief Enterprise Architect for product design. Read and understand the CMS (Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services) regulation documents. Read and understand the individual state DHHS regulation documents. Create customer requirements into Business Requirements Documents (BRD) and System Requirements Document (SRD) use test cases and for test product design development using Agile Development Methodology with SCRUM. Conduct user acceptance testing. Create work flow diagrams and write test cases for the requirements. Explain concepts and detailed requirement to development team. Assist the development team create wireframe diagrams following usability principles. Review wireframe diagrams and early prototype with customer. Gather feedback for review with development team. Review final implementation with development team. Train support and training teams on the feature. Answer questions about the feature for customers or support team; and create and update product release notes.
Requirements: Master’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field plus two (2) years of experience in the job offered or a related position in Business Analysis with a healthcare software products company. Must have two years of experience with Business Requirement Documents (BRD), System Requirements Document (SRD) for Agile software development methodology with SCRUM, and MS Visio or Balsamiq.
