Public Health EHR

Patagonia Health’s Incentive Assistance Service is a unique value-added service for Patagonia Health EHR customers.  Our in-house specialists help our clients quickly understand whether they qualify or not, comply with the federal EHR meaningful use mandate, and apply for the EHR incentives.

Recently, Patagonia Health’s Senior Product Support Specialist/Trainer, Nicole Sutton, assisted Shannon Lee of Nash County Health Department with their AIU attestation.  Nash was subsequently awarded with a $42,000+ qualification incentive check on 12/31/2016!!! Good Stuff!! Congrats to Nash County!

Patagonia Health’s experienced support staff is committed to working with customers to make sure practices qualify and receive their due incentives and has already helped a large number of other clients and health departments across the country through the complexities of the attestation process.

Patagonia Health’s service is very different compared to a typical EHR vendor.  Patagonia Health strongly believes in providing personal services, starting with training to each and every user at the customer site.  Additionally, Patagonia Health provides on-going free education via user focus groups and topic specific webinars.
