Patagonia Health has partnered with Phrase Express, a third party vendor, who provides a unique way of fast-tracking the clinical documentation process.  Now doctors, Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants can save all their favorite phrases directly in the EHR.  Typically, providers reuse the same phrases (to describe patient problems and diagnosis).  This software saves the providers time and effort of repeated typing so that one can quickly and easily complete the clinical forms required for patient visit documentation.
 

Saved phrases will auto-complete as one begins typing, similar to Google search functionality.  This added feature for providers (MD, NP, PA), will reduce the amount of repetitive typing, allowing them to spend more time with patients.
