Web Based

Patagonia Health’s public health and behavioral health solutions are web-based, so you won’t need to plan, install, and maintain expensive servers or software licenses. A web-based service also ensures that users get real-time code updates (like ICD-9, ICD-10, CPT, and SNOMED). Plus, it means you get access to your clinical data anytime and anywhere.

Interface Ready

We connect with HIEs and immunization registries. Our partnership with Carequality allows users to access real-time data as it connects providers nationwide to exchange patient data.

Regular System Maintenance

We prioritize EHR privacy and security, which is why we update our system every six weeks. These updates ensure compliance with evolving health data regulations and incorporate valuable user feedback and requests. Our system updates automatically, and we provide a summary of each update, along with training videos and other resources to help you understand the new enhancements.

In the Cloud

Our platform is a Software as a Service (Saas) application, meaning it is cloud-based and available anywhere with an internet connection. It’s lightweight on Internet bandwidth and can support thousands of users. No downloads are necessary for core system usage, all our security updates are pushed through automatically, and VPN tunnels and firewall holes are not required. Our application servers are hosted centrally in a secure data center.

Our system is HL7 2.5.1 certified and backward compatible with HL7 2.3.1, ensuring seamless data exchange across various platforms. We use secure SSL-encrypted data transfer to protect sensitive medical information in transit, and our system meets the stringent security and privacy requirements of Meaningful Use and Cure’s Act. For added protection, we provide encrypted backups and 2-factor authentication to safeguard access to your data.

Patient data in our EHR is backed up frequently, protecting your organization from losing critical information and ensuring your organization can continue to run smoothly. Our team manages security, data backup, and disaster recovery, including contingency plans. Your data is in safe hands with our HITRUST and ONC Promoting Interoperability certified solution.
