Patagonia Health’s Electronic Health Record (EHR) provides simplified functions for STI testing and treatment for any public health department. Appointment setting and patient registration, including sliding fee scales, promote improved front office workflow.
Users can quickly and easily check a patient’s insurance eligibility to reduce claims denials with a clearinghouse connected to over 3,000 payers. Confidential patient visits can be easily marked to suppress billing, only transmitting to designated confidential payers.
We support in-house lab workflow and optional lab interfaces to commercial labs and state labs (where available). Interfaces ensure that lab results auto-populate directly into a patient’s record. These interfaces also make it easy to send and receive test results electronically and more accurately. Connectivity to the state HIE makes data sharing simple and automatic.
