Patagonia Health Wins 2022 Stevie Award!

Stevie® Awards has issued Patagonia Health our 7th consecutive Stevie Award for sales and customer service. This year, Patagonia Health won Bronze in the Customer Service Success – Technology Company category. We took action on feedback from customers every year to continue offering excellent customer service and ethical sales processes. 

The Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service are the world’s top honors for customer service, contact center, business development and sales professionals.  The Stevie Awards organizes eight of the world’s leading business awards programs, including the prestigious American Business Awards® and International Business Awards®

Winners will be recognized during a virtual awards ceremony on May 11.

More than 2,300 nominations from organizations of all sizes and in virtually every industry, in 51 nations, were considered in this year’s competition. 

This year’s Stevie Award was issued due to Patagonia Health’s rapid response to the COVID-19 pandemic across their business. We rapidly worked to develop a COVID Screening Tool, Telehealth App, and Mass Vaccination App. Given the pandemic and lockdown, we made a decisive shift in how we train clients. We went from on-site visits to remote training models via video meeting tools. This allowed us to maintain productivity and high service levels to our clients.
