Generate Encounter Note Level Data in Compliance with FPAR 2.0
Family Planning Annual Reports (FPAR) are needed for public health departments to receive grant funding as Title X recipients. FPAR 2.0 is the next iteration of FPAR data reporting. It improves data collection, delivery of services, and reporting analysis.
With other vendors, you may have to manually copy over data from internal reports to a different report for your state aggregators. Patagonia Health removes that manual process.
Our customers generate these reports directly from our integrated EHR, Practice Management, and Billing solution(with data collected through encounter notes and patient demographics), and upload that file to their state aggregators. They then click our state tab, select the date, and export to the family type of their choosing. It’s that easy!
Key Benefits:
- Request grant funding for family planning services through our generated reports
- Download your report as txt. csv. or other
- Collect data directly from the EHR at the encounter level
- Create reports specifically for your state requirements
- Improve data collection and reporting, lessening chances of errors
