Patagonia Health EHR wins gold Stevie® Award in the Customer Service Success – Technology Company category in the 12th annual Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service as presented at their awards gala banquet held on February 23, 2018 in Las Vegas.
The Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service are the world’s top honors for customer service, contact center, business development and sales professionals. The Stevie Awards organizes seven of the world’s leading business awards programs, also including the prestigious American Business Awards℠ and International Business Awards®.
“I am proud of our team to win the gold award in service. In a world where companies are cutting down service to save costs, we have decided to go the other way and make Service as our differentiation. As an industry, Electronic Health Record software vendors mostly do a decent job in implementation, training and getting customers to go live. However, after go live, customers are thrown over to Support and almost left to fend for themselves.” stated Ashok Mathur, CEO and Co-founder of Patagonia Health. “We continue to collaborate and partner with our customers, for years to come, after go live. Through, state specific user groups, targeted web training and regular executive touch points, we continue to work with our users to enhance the software and thus their experience.”
“All of our Stevie Award winners should be proud of their achievements. Independent professionals around the world have agreed that their accomplishments are worthy of our public recognition,” said Stevie Awards president Michael Gallagher.
