Patagonia Health received our 8th consecutive Stevie Award for sales and customer service, awarded by Stevie® Awards. We are pleased to win Bronze in the Customer Service Success – Technology Company category.
This year, we were given the award due to responsiveness, engagement, and utilization. At Patagonia Health, we work hard to maintain a high level of responsiveness for all customer interactions. We are proactive in checking in with customers to ensure they are using the product in a way that best assists them in serving their communities. To improve the user experience even further, we recently added a complete 12-volume training video series and built a team dedicated to customer engagement.
Don Sargent, VP of Customer Experience, says, “Our primary focus has always been our customers. It’s our priority to proactively engage customers throughout the year.”
A key focus of the new customer engagement team is live educational webinars, conducted twice a month. These webinars answer frequently asked questions and are led by experts on the Patagonia Health EHR.
“The educational webinars are a great way for our customers to stay connected with system features and enhancements while also providing continuing education to new and established staff,” says Lakesha Byrd, Customer Engagement Team Lead.
