This added feature includes many standard consent forms such as Acknowledgement of Receipt of Notice of Privacy and the Family Planning General Consent for Services. In addition to large library of consent forms, Patagonia Health builds custom consents to meet each customer’s unique needs.
Electronic consent forms are available in English and Spanish and will speed up the process of patient consent documentation by eliminating the needless printing, scanning and shredding of paper forms.
