Patagonia Health earned its highest ranking yet on the Triangle Business Journal’s Fast 50, coming in at No. 14 among the fastest-growing private companies in the Raleigh, Durham, and Chapel Hill area. TBJ announced the list at its awards ceremony at the Angus Barn on Wednesday, October 21.

“Over the past five years, we have gone through immense growth,” said Ashok Mathur, CEO of Patagonia Health. “We have got a lot of customers who are more complex and require us to stretch a lot. Our people stretch a lot and rise to the expectations.”

Companies are ranked using a formula that measures revenue growth and profitability from 2022 to 2025. Patagonia Health also made the list in 2022 (No. 32), 2024 (No. 42), and 2025 (No. 28).

Alongside its investments in people, process, and product, Patagonia Health remains committed to keeping 100% of its clients referenceable as it expands into new areas of public and behavioral health.

Thank you to the health departments and behavioral health organizations who choose Patagonia Health as their electronic health record (EHR) provider, and to the team for serving their needs.
